Our Story

From one floor at M3M IFC to a growing Gurugram portfolio

Qaarya began with a single, simple idea: Gurugram's best commercial buildings shouldn't be out of reach for growing businesses just because they can't commit to a decade-long lease. We started with managed space inside M3M International Financial Centre (IFC), Sector 66, a landmark tower with the kind of address, infrastructure, and prestige most young companies assume is reserved for large enterprises.

As demand grew, so did we, expanding across the 11th, 15th and 28th floors of M3M IFC, and then into two more marquee properties: AIPL Masterpiece in Sector 54, and DLF Building 14 in DLF Cyber City. Along the way, our focus sharpened into what Qaarya stands for today: a workspace brand built around quality, design, and genuine service, not just square footage.
